This new policy is headed up by Steve Beveridge. Having been prominently involved with the insuring of professional photographers before, Steve is well known to many in the market and brings extensive knowledge with him regards the perils facing the photographer. With the emphasis now on making sure the covers fit your needs, as opposed to what the cheapest option is, Steve feels that CLiiK’s policy is one that offers a number of enhanced levels of cover as well as the everyday covers needed to protect your business. 
CLiiK is designed to give the pro and semi-pro photographers a comprehensive insurance policy at a price competitive in the market. CLiiK includes great benefits such as;
·       A choice of specified territorial limits for your cover from UK, EU or Worldwide
·       An extension of cover for equipment outside the UK of 75 days worldwide including up to 14days PERSONAL use as part  of the extension allowing you to use your company equipment for those private moments;
·       Accidental damage cover standard for kit both at premises and on location;
·       Cover for equipment left in an unattended vehicle during the working day with no time of day restrictions or increased excess;
·       Cover for display stock (frames/albums) included up to £2500 included as standard with the option to be increased;
·       Hired in equipment cover up to £10,000 worth, anywhere in the UK;
·       Business Interruption cover on a Loss of Income basis OR an Increased Costs basis;
·       Professional Indemnity standard limit of cover of £100,000.
Standard covers such as Public Liability is done at £5m and Employers Liability is £10m, and there is also the option to add Legal Expenses if required. The policy is designed for all manner of photographers be they photographers that work from home to those lucky enough to operate out of a high street studio or commercial premises.
The policy is underwritten by Catlin UK, one of the larger insurers in the world, dealing only with brokers they offer a secure base from which CLiiK can develop.
New to the market, CLiiK is pleased to be able to align itself with the National Photographers Society and provide its members with a 10% discount off all quotes. As well as providing a comprehensive insurance policy, CLiiK are developing a unique interactive website for its policyholders that will also include trade links providing all manner of offers as a reward for being a CLiiK policyholder, so watch that space!
