Just wanted to thank you for your help in moving my website to your server and in doing so, saving me over £400! Not knowing anything much about the technical side, and my hosting company baffling me with web talk, I felt stuck with this company and the fees. However, remembering reading something about free web hosting when I joined the NPS, I called Rod and within a few days, had my website moved to the NPS server and now pay nothing for hosting.
The NPS dealt with my previous supplier on my behalf, moved my website to their server without any downtime, all at no cost to me.
Excellent service and well worth the membership fee. I will be highly recommending the NPS to other professional photographers.

As a long standing member of other photographic organisations it was refreshing to find The NPS which has a different approach and has many benefits for members that are not available elsewhere. I believe that as the organisation grows it will become a very strong voice for both professionals and amateurs alike offering help, advice and financial savings for all it's members.

The Master Photographers Association (MPA)

The Royal Photographic Society (RPS)
Established in 1952 and with over 800 members, the Master Photographers Association is the United Kingdom's only organisation for full time, qualified and professional photographers.
The MPA offers members a variety of membership benefits, including education, qualifications, informative regional meetings, national seminars, business building promotions and marketing support.

Established in 1988 under the Chairmanship of Derek Avery, the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers was founded to service the needs of professional wedding and portrait photographers, whether in full or part time occupations.
Founded at much the same time, the British Professional Photographers Associates under the leadership of Nigel Greenstreet, were working with similar goals but encompassed a broader range of photographers.
Early in January 2000, the now Chief Executive of SWPP Philip Jones, was delighted to announce the merger between these two prominent organisations, under the umbrella of the SWPP. In a joint statement they believed that the new society would form one of the strongest photographic organisations in the UK, and their commitment to improving already high standards would be of benefit to all.
The Society has seen its membership grow rapidly over the last year, with not only UK members but international photographers have also been keen to associate themselves with SWPP and BPPA. A testament to the success of the Society as a whole.

The Royal Photographic Society is a unique Society that is open to everyone to join.
Its aim is to promote the art and science of photography and it is an Educational Charity.
Members are invited to take up the challenge of The Society’s Distinctions. The three levels are Licentiateship, Associateship, and Fellowship and have their knowledge and practical abilities recognised.
Through the active online community and the Regional and Special Interest Group Events members can share, learn and develop their technical, visual and creative skills. Regions and Groups have meetings, exhibitions and competitions and publish their own newsletters and magazines.
