| Ian Pack is a photographer, trainer and has over 25 years experience in the photography and media industries. Ian works with national photography businesses providing training solutions and was featured in PhotoPlus magazine in May 2011 as their expert wedding photographer. During his career Ian has photographed in excess of 500 weddings. |

| Gareth Williams has been a photographer for his entire professional career spanning over 30 years. With Associateships with several major photographic associations Gareth has an eye for technique and lighting which makes him the perfect panel judge. |

| Derek Graham works in the North East of England shooting weddings and portraits with his daughter Judith and between them they have over 30 years of experience. Derek works from Tyne & Wear helping The NPS with assisting local photographic professionals to further their experience and qualifications within the society. |
